Our HomeFINDER position is pivotal to the success of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to speak to local residents across the City of Darebin and offer our agency's services to property owners who are thinking of selling.

If you enjoy meeting and speaking with people and are a strong communicator then this is the perfect role for you. We are looking for a passionate and energetic person who is self-motivated with a positive attitude.

The Role

• Prospecting daily to source new properties (phone and door prospecting)
• Contacting and speaking with prospective vendors (phone, letters and in-person)
• Providing advice to clients regarding local market conditions
• Working with and representing buyers
• Building and managing your own trust account of prospective clients (buyers and sellers)
• Maintaining regular contact with trust account clients by phone and personal visits
• Arranging and booking listing appointments
• Creating personalised marketing material targeting prospective clients
• Adding clients to our newsletter database

Skills& Experience

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal & networking skills
• Ability to build rapport and engage clients quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of local property market an advantage
• Takes initiative and thinks strategically
• Driven and motivated
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
